Both Phones will have a 3.5 inch HVGA screen and have a fast, not super fast, Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor with 1Ghz.
This may sound stupid but the Xperia E will have Android 4.1 right out of the box, yes out of the box, no upgrading stuff. But unfortunately the Xperia Dual will run on android 4.0 ICS and soon upgrade will be released.
both of them consist of 3.2 mp camera but you'll be not able to video call as it doesn't have front facing camera which is quite disappointing.
